I'll suggest someone else address your workout. I'll talk about your diet.

There are non-meat protein sources like whey protein (comes from a cow, but they leave the cow intact) that you should supplement your diet with, in the form of maybe a protein shake. I suspect that your workouts aren't getting the building material to increase your muscle mass.

Someone else can address the issue of rest.

Formula: muscle breakdown from strength-training workout, adequate food & water for repair, sufficient rest period for repair...that's basically it.

I made the assumption that if he gets his muscle mass up to the level he's desiring, he'll be able to find some plucky Poindexter to pen his prose for him.

I was hoping you'd talk about his grammar.

You want grammar? I'll give you grammar! Who knew that short hand typing would be such a big deal for some people like you. What a jerk.

I was hoping you'd talk about the title. I wasn't expecting the actual subject box to be written in.

Wow that was painful to read.

I know this is off topic but, you are posting to a forum not sending text messages. Unless you are posting from a cell phone, you have a full keyboard in front of you and you are not being charged by the letter. Use full words, spell them correctly, capitalize when necessary and use emoticons sparingly.

You need to be easily understandable. The grammar/spelling of your post is incredibly distracting. A post like this makes most of the people who can help you give up halfway through the paragraph and, the people who stick around are going to be more interested in commenting on your writing style than answering your question.

Your topic line is huge. It made me wonder if you had written your entire post in the topic box, except you didn’t seem to be asking anything. All you really needed to say was “How do I put on more mass?” all that stuff you put could have been the first paragraph of your post. While the shear girth of the topic is eye catching it really doesn’t let people know what your question is. You want a topic to get the attention of people who can help you. This one gets every ones attention but makes you sound tweaked out.

While your way of writing is perfectly acceptable in certain venues, on a forum where no one else is using your particular “style” it might be more productive to use a style closer to the standard.

Eat. Vegetables won't help you with gains unless you eat a barn full. Eat good quality meats, fish, poultry if you don't wanna' be tiny. Stay on the track you're on if you like being small. Read, read, and read some more on how to attain your goals. In a word, though, it's EAT.

Take an English class. You do the language a disservice. You make yourself appear an idiot, even if you aren't. You present yourself as an illiterate, rude, idiot, and it won't make you any points, ANYWHERE in life. Your slang comes across as compensatory for deeper, underlying, personal identity issues. You may wish to see a professional about why you behave as you do.

Punk / gansta / ebonics won't be a big hit in a lot of places.

I didn't know that "typing correctly and not short-hand" was such a big deal. Well gee I'm sorry. But thank you for the advice. =]
