12-Week Strength Training

    So I had a great start but on the 4th week I fell off the wagon because of exams and such. I am back on now after about 4 weeks of going the the gym for only 1 to 2 times per week.

    Does this happen often with most people? I am just very frustrated. I feel much better I am back on but it seems so hard to keep going 5 days a week with many other obligations.

    Yes, unless you are a professional athlete, usually school/school/family interrupt workout schedules.

    It's ok, you are doing this because you want to, not because you are paid to.

    Edit: Holy crap, you must work out in the White Building. GO STATE!

    I do workout in the White Building! haha that is so awesome how small this world is sometimes!
