To start off with, from what I can tell in your pictures, you look good right now.
On to your question.
First suggestion: Hire a good
Tell him what you want to do, be specific and then throw your heart and body into whatever he tells you to do.
Second suggestion: assuming that you aren't already, focus on compound lifts and intervals. Squats, deadlifts, and pullups are all great mass builders. They will help you put on lean muscle mass while dropping fat. The interval training will help you lean up even more.
