I've had luck with the workout plans that you will find at the top of this page. My strength is improving and my size is getting bigger. 60 days is 2 months so with a 12 week routine at 3 months you would be almost done with it.

Here is the link to this sites workout programs:

To start off with, from what I can tell in your pictures, you look good right now.
    On to your question.

First suggestion: Hire a good personal trainer.
Tell him what you want to do, be specific and then throw your heart and body into whatever he tells you to do.

Second suggestion: assuming that you aren't already, focus on compound lifts and intervals. Squats, deadlifts, and pullups are all great mass builders. They will help you put on lean muscle mass while dropping fat. The interval training will help you lean up even more.

For articles on interval (or HIIT) training, there is at least one article here and definitely forum topics.
For more info on interval training, and doing the compound lifts with proper form, check out the articles and forums at http://www.bodybuilding.com

Less time on your iphone and more time lifting weights (circuit training) and varied cardio routines will help achieve your goal(s) of looking 'good' in 60 days.

ChuckStud hits the nail on the head as usual with his advice. Eat, Workout, Rest, Repeat. KISS: keep it simple, stupid.

For me though, it is more about how I Feel, than how i Look. Confidence in one's self- when it is true- comes from inside...truly.

Thoughts ---> Feelings ---> Self Image

Besides working out and eating right I would suggest to you and many others... Work on your Thought Patterns.

In 60 days you will look and feel exactly how you want to.

In 60 days? Not gonna happen. You might as well accept the fact that in 60 days you may not look THAT much different. You'll be on your way to better health and STARTING to look good. But, his physique will take you YEARS to accomplish.

Do you know the difference between 13" arms and 15" arms? It is NOT two inches. Not two linear inches. It is almost double. We are talking volume. A 15" arm is vastly bigger than a 13" arm. Much bigger. You do not grow from 13 to 15 overnight. It is hard work and you almost have to double your arm to go from 13 to 15. Measure a 13 inch arm then measure a 15 inch arm. Huge difference. Like an 18" inch arm compared to a 20" inch arm. Nite and day. 18 is nice average. 20 is huge.

Find a preacher bench. Lock your elbows down and lift. Do it hard and do it often. Then do some standing barbell curls stictly. As hard and as strict as you can. Then, because triceps are a huge part of the arm, do a ton of strict press downs, followed by dips, followed by skull crushers. The arm is really 5 muscles, two biceps and three triceps, plus brachias and brachialradialas.. You need to work the all.

Sorry, to clarify, I'm not looking for miracles, but if for my mind if I shoot for what I cannot have I will still be closer to what I want.

Focus on your diet. The less fat you have on your body, the more your muscles stand out. Eat clean. Avoid the fatty stuff. Cut back on carbs, but don't eliminate them completely. Cardio, cardio, cardio.

As for the muscle part, your workouts should have a high level of intensity. But don't over do it. If you overtrain, you won't make any progress. Stick with compound movements using free weights.

Don't worry about supplements. Taking creatine right now will just make you look bloated. Protein and meal replacement powders for sure.
