The Pump

Some days I stay pumped up all day long and have trouble keeping away from the mirror. Some days I only get pumped during my workout, while still others I have trouble getting a pump at all. Anyone know the reason for this? I wonder if this is related to my diet, my training, or just cycles the body goes through. I don't think it really means much in terms of muscle growth, but I sure enjoy it. What can I do to get this feeling more often?

Well, handyman, the Pump is just your body's way of saying you need to masturbate more. Have at it.

it has something to do w/the chemicals that are released into your system during your work out. Your body goes through different phases different days and such. Anyone remember "bio-rythms"???

Yes, but seriously, there are days when I am more pumped than others, even if I don't work out that day. I think it might be more related to diet than anything else, but would like to know for sure. Might it be related to carb intake?
