Primary/Secondary Routine

    Is the primary/secondary routine a good one?

    Example: Chest/Tri's, Back/Bi's, ect

    Do you think its good for mass building?

    Do you think it works out the secondary muscles to much?

    Does anyone start with the secondary muscles first then the primary (ex: tri's then chest) or do you mix them up completely?

    Ive been doing this for years and it seems to work for me but I am taking a deep look into my workout and seeing if I need to change it up.

    I did there was alot of info but a lot of it was in scientific language so it was hard to follow.
