I am in beginners mode here. I have visited many websites, Youtube video instructions and so on. Although I greatly respect the advice that I have been getting from everyone I would actualy like to hear from someone who has actually gone from fat to lean muscle. Maybe start a correspondence with someone for info. How long did it take you? what were your dietary changes? Your process for becoming ripped (reps, sets, exercises)?
