Special Event Tickets are purchased on the Odyssey Adventures web site

    http://odysseyadventures.com/nextevent.html

I think that they are a little cheaper on their web site.

Some of you may be more familiar with the other side of their business:

Have you ever had a boysenberry pie?

    [quote]
In the 1930s, Walter Knott was introduced to a new berry which had been cultivated by Rudolph Boysen. The plant was a combination of the red raspberry, blackberry, and loganberry. Walter planted a few plants he had received on a visit to Boysen's farm, and later started to sell them at their roadside stand.[1] When people asked him what they were called he said "boysenberries".

Nice, I'll see if my friends will be attending, it's my mom's birthday and she lives in Garden Grove so it's doable.

Long Beach Lesbian & Gay Pride Festival Celebration has become the 3rd largest in the nation, now attracting over 80,000 participants over the two-day celebration. The Festival Celebration includes 7 large dance areas

Since the event begins at 7pm and people have to eat. Some people are meeting up at TGIF's prior to the event (around 5:30-6pm) to have dinner together. Should be fun as well! icon_biggrin.gif

Does anyone know if any of the rides in Knott's Berry Farm have the automatic photo taking on the rides the way that Disneyland has?

We just heard that Disneyland laid off people that used to quickly delete the photos of women showing their breasts on the ride when the photos are taken and it gave a friend a silly childish idea for Knott's if they take photos as well.

I know there is one on the Xcelerator:

    http://www.knotts.com/park/tour/brdwalk/xcelerator.shtml

I don't know where the camera is located. But you can easily walk up to the photo booth area without going on the ride. You can probably figure it out or ask the attendant.

Most of the rides got it now. I got in trouble on one of the kid rides with my nephew when I pulled out my own camera to snap a picture of him.... they stopped the ride walked out on the track to take my camera away from me. The auto picture of us got deleted too before we even got outside to see it. hahaha!

P.S. Don't forget to bring a towel to dry off after the shower from the nude Knott's jelly wrestling contest.
