Now that it is possible to block a poster, and thus reduce the abuse, that I have not only been a target of here at RJ, but witnessed too.

Will we now see more Republicans come out on RJ, that it is now safe for them to do so, because they can block out the abusers.

Now I'm not a Republican, or a Democrat. I sit in the middle. But this would give a more balanced veiw, and not such a one sided one, as not all homosexuals, and bisexuals are democrats!

We are already here, have been too.

I never have thought of "Blocking" anyone here before,

oooooooops however I just hit the ignore this poster for you since I could not read another post of you stating your abuse from the RJ site, Politics, Religion, Social topics and heated debate I can handle, but repetitive whines, you state your abuse on each and every post if I am correct, and if not, then on 99%, and this statement from me is not abuse, but a guy saying,

    ENOUGH ALREADY

Ya know Patti... I'm seeing just what a very very very diverse sub culture we of the homosexual persuasion are. We've got the righteous right here. The bleeding hearts there. Of course the various mix of both represented. Ya ever notice it?

The rants that are posted daily here are ridiculous. Passion is great, but as you note, personal slants cloud a few of the very prolific posters on this site. Emotion and sentiment don't override legalities or facts, yet there a few who continually respond to posts based on the very narrow view of what they believe rather than analyzing the facts and commenting.

I can be a smartass in my posts, but am always open to hearing another position, unfortunately very rarely is that opposing view based on anything substantive.

    You know who you are.

What the hell is wrong with being Conservative?

This is what's wrong with being conservative:

http://hnn.us/articles/8301.html (Republicans Aren't Even Good for the Rich)
"Over this period of roughly the last three-quarters of a century, real disposable personal income for all Americans has grown nearly twice as fast under Democrats as under Republicans. (The annual mean growth in real disposable personal income under Republicans has been 2.3 percent; under Democrats, 4.3 percent.)"

It's demonstrated fact that conservative policies bring down the entire nation--not just the lower and middle classes, as many assume, but EVERY ONE. So in their attempt to reduce the "burden" of taxes on the rich and every other part of their agenda, republicans only end up shooting themselves in the foot. My problem with them is that they bring the rest of the nation down along with them--and somehow blithely ignore the facts that prove their policies are damaging.
