I have been taking glucosamine and cod liver oil for joint health but have had some struggles with my shoulder and my knees. I find these suppliments work wiht a bit of ibuprofen. Accupuncture helps as well. Any other suggestions?

yeah, MSM has worked better for me.

But do not fuck around with serious joint problems. My knees hurt from years of running and lifting and finally I ruptured the patellar tendons in both of them. So, if you have ongoing pain, see a doctor.

    LOL

Deca, plain old test will do wonders too.

Test is not toxic, at ANY LEVEL. Deca barely so. Find yourself a good doctor and get on the program. You're at that age, and there is absolutely no sense in taken icky stuff like NSAIDS when you could, and should, be realizing the health bennies of androgens.

Didn't I read that Deca is no longer being manufactured?
