    its really good!

it has tons of vitamins so it is definetly a good thing for the morning

14 grams of protein per glass/serving

not a work out powder, but its a very good source of protein!

18 of 20 amino acids are present

low sugar, lowsodium, no trans or saturated fat, no cholesterol, no gluten

it also has bran and apple pectin fiber

    natural product

AND IT TASTES GREAT! not one of those drinks you have to choke down, i enjoy it and have it as a snack lol, id prefer this than a frosty from wendy's! haha

it comes in lots of flavours, and the ones that have fruit present are not artificially flavoured, they have real chucks of fruit! like my favourite flavour black cherry chocolate!

I tried two different vegan, non-soy, healthfood store protein powders based on stuff like rice and pea protein, and they both made me sick to my stomach. I haven't found any protein powder that I like as much as whey, so I just buy pure cold-filtered whey protein isolate in bulk from trueprotein.com and flavor it myself.

I start my shakes with about a half-inch of coconut milk in my plastic shaker bottle. Then I add a little scoop of BCAA and a big scoop of whey. For sweetener, I use pure maple syrup. Flavorings are either fruit concentrate (cherry, blueberry, pomegranate, etc.) or two teaspoons of instant coffee with two teaspoons of gourmet cocoa powder. Top it off with water and shake vigorously. In the past, I've used powdered freeze-dried berries, but they'd clump too much unless I used a blender; the liquid fruit concentrates are way more convenient.
