OK, so we look at all these nice looking pics on RJ. There are times I will think, what are they really saying here? Especially for those profiles that have little verbage or background.

There are even some pics you see on some sites, I think "why would they ever use that pic"? What about the chest pics that are headless.. you convey much less than a face pic (maybe thats the point)....

So what does your pic(s) say about you?

For me.. I like to really show who I am in a variety of settings. Always convey a friendly guy, enthusiastic about life.. love, diligence and that I care about who I am and want to about others.

    You?

    "I AM IN PAIN!!!"
The current photo is my brave attempt to "join the bandwagon" here on RJ, taking advantage of the pain and soreness my upper body felt (and looked!) after my first shot at wakeboarding. This photo below is the equivalent of me becoming a clacker. Now you get that reference!

Trust that no matter how much improvements I promised my body... I'd still be smiling on my future pics and be the same ol' goofy MiStEr ZiMsTeR WHO TAPPER LOVES TO BITS...

I'm going to be accused of all kind of things for posting this, but here goes.

My main photo was in reaction to someone on RJ saying I was butt ugly. I thought I would be all in his face kinda thing with my ugliness, LOL. I just didn't change it since.

Isnt "grey" a name and "gray" the color?

Or has our civilization deteriorated so badly and sunk so low that the two have become confused and conflated, like "comprises" and "is composed of"?

I'm not sure. I just downloaded this pic off my facebook and now I'm running with it.

    I don't even like cosmopolitans.

I feel a bit sorry for the three girls in the background. Little do they know.

    ...off topic...

The hundred push ups training program

If you're serious about increasing your strength, follow this six week training program and you'll soon be on your way to completing 100 consecutive push ups!

Think there's no way you could do this? I think you can! All you need is a good plan, plenty of discipline and about 30 minutes a week to achive this goal!

No doubt some of you can already do 50 consecutive push ups, but let's face it, you're in a big minority. Most of you reading this won't even be able to manage 20 pushups. Actually, I'm sure many of you can't even do 10.

However, it really doesn't matter which group you fall into. If you follow the progressive push ups training program, I'm positive you'll soon be able to do 100 push ups!

    Initial test
Before you dive in and start the Hundred Push Ups Program, you should:

•obtain medical advice and clearance from your doctor
•take an initial push ups test.

The test will highlight your current fitness level and determine where to start and how to plan your push ups training program.

It conveys that my arm is progressing to my liking and not the rest of my body at least when I took it.
