I've been in a bad mood lately. I think some of my posts may have reflected that. icon_rolleyes.gif

Anyway, anyone know of some feel good/great music? That usually can calm me down.

I find hip hop or techno-ish music always puts me in a better mood.

For some lighter fare, Rilo Kiley - Under the Blacklight, that's mostly upbeat.

Music that puts me in a better mood is something I want to dance to, played LOUD. Otherwise I'd try a compilation of recent chart toppers, many songs will sound familiar and thus comforting. Or buy a best-of album from a band you like or liked 10-20 years ago.

If you are feeling bad, it is definitely time to change!

No question about this one. When the fricken band is this happy, how can you not be too?

Being sad makes no sense at all.

I like good old 70's disco. That was a happy time, with many happy memories.

Good, loud, live Carnegie Hall concerts do it for me - like the Shirley Bassey or Judy Garland albums from there. GREAT BIG orchestras and singers who know how the hell to put across a song!

I've mentioned it before, and here it is again...

...and pretty much anything off their "Seventh Tree" album.

Actually, anything by Goldfrapp will usually pit me in a good mood.
