Tell me the crunches part years late! I got my abs developed over 4 years of swimming in high school and I know they are there cause I can fell them and for a while I had 4 pack going on but I need to loose that layer of damn fat over them. Working on the Cardio is a bitch but Im not going to lie Hydroxycut Hardcore is helping out alot!
Honestly I think Im going to have to get lipo on them just to have a chance at getting that but eh.. for now and until I can afford that Im stick to it the natural way and just doing all over cardio. Ive gone down from a 42-40 to a Loose fitting 38/ alright fitting 36. I fucking love it. And its been all-over weight loss so thats good.
I think I read somewhere that also how you inhale and exhale while doing weights will help develop that. Swimming well yeah... I wanted to be like all the guys on the team with that.
