I just started going to the gym, and I would like to get the Apollo's Belt? Is there any routines that I should do? Thank you very much. I really appreciate all your input.

I think this topic is out there somewhere actually - was initiated quite a while ago, but I think if you go to the forum for general fitness you'll find it

Just FYI, it's called the Adonis Belt, not Apollo's Belt.

Just thought I'd throw that out there. icon_razz.gif

haha! I guess genetics plays a big part, but I'm starting to develop them...well, I guess really they are starting to show since I'm losing a lot of fat.

Hmmm....actually called the "iliac furrow" (the Illium is the largest bone in the pelvis). Not quite as sexy, huh?

A lot of guys think that if they just do 1,000 crunches a day that they will get abs eventually. Working the different abdominal areas is certainly important but you should also be concentrating on cardio and weight loss if you want a six pack and the adonis belt/cum gutter effect. icon_smile.gif

Swimming really seems to develop them as do kicking movements - its def true that they r alot easier for some people to develop than for others - just like calves-

Tell me the crunches part years late! I got my abs developed over 4 years of swimming in high school and I know they are there cause I can fell them and for a while I had 4 pack going on but I need to loose that layer of damn fat over them. Working on the Cardio is a bitch but Im not going to lie Hydroxycut Hardcore is helping out alot! icon_biggrin.gif Honestly I think Im going to have to get lipo on them just to have a chance at getting that but eh.. for now and until I can afford that Im stick to it the natural way and just doing all over cardio. Ive gone down from a 42-40 to a Loose fitting 38/ alright fitting 36. I fucking love it. And its been all-over weight loss so thats good.

I think I read somewhere that also how you inhale and exhale while doing weights will help develop that. Swimming well yeah... I wanted to be like all the guys on the team with that.

We always called it the GI Joe muscle, lol. Also heard cum gutter, but we usually use that for a deep line down the center of someone's abs, lol!
