So I have started to work out 4 days a week now trying to get bigger which is a good thing for myself icon_biggrin.gif I have always noticed my left pec and arm seem to be a tad more defined and have more muscle then the right side. Even after my workout tonight my left side feels more pumped then the right. I even have made sure the last few times that I try to work the right side more and no results.... In 10 years am I going to be huge on the left and small on the right or what??? any advice or am I going to die with this problem icon_twisted.gif

I'm going to guess your bench presses, etc, are with a barbell? Try using dumbbells instead.

I would guess it is in your form. You are "pressing" differently on the right side than the left and working the muscles differently or maybe even engaging different muscles to help in the effort.

Get someone to watch you and see if he can detect the difference.

also...ahem....which hand do you use to beat off with?

Many peoples bodies are asymetical so regardless of how well you balance what is lifted some parts of your body is likely to be more cut or in your case, pumped than others.

I'm the same I am right handed and the left is slightly bigger, wasn't born with exact perfect symetry, but my dick was!!icon_smile.gif

On your bod you should do pec flys with a little extra weight on your right side.

    Good Luck.

maybe because since you are right handed you are already conditioned on that side. Since its new for your left side it might just be beginners growth? lol I dont know haha. Maybe you need to pump out more on your right side? Or maybe add more weight?
