I have a question about splitting up your workout.

Lets say I don't have enough time to finish a workout in the morning. Is it okay if I do as much as possible then later in the day go back and finish? It's really my only option on the weekdays. Anyone else have any better ideas?

You can split up your workout, but the best way to do it is to break it up by what kind of exercise you are doing. Do exercises where you push the weight away from you on one day, then ones where you pull the weight towards you the next day.

"Splits" are very common. I sometimes do three-a-days.
