The winter is near (! big scream of joy !) and I need to start getting back in shape for the snow season. This season I am thinking about trying out heliskiing for a day or two and that means I need to be ready for all day intensive skiing/snowboarding ( I have not decided yet which one I am going to go for yet).

Does anybody have a suggestion on a workout plan for this kind of stuff? I googled it and came up with some generic ideas. I need some specifics.
