Is this Really the Best Workout for an Endomorph?

    Sample Endomorph Workout

    Monday and Thursday: Cardio 45 minutes low intensity at 70-75% max heart rate.
    Tuesday: Chest and Quads
    Wednesday: Back and Hamstrings
    Friday: Shoulders and Arms
    Saturday: Cardio 45 minutes low intensity at 70-75% max heart rate.


    If you know of something different, let me know. The strength training wouldn't be a problem. However, 65% max heart rate cardio, which I am already doing, knocks me out.

    70-75 percent doesn't sound low intensity to me, but, don't take my word for it, I'm no expert. It would knock me out too. How long does it take you to ramp up to 75% max heart rate? It takes me about 7 minutes to get to 65% which is about where I try to linger.

    I got between 70% and 75% today, but it was rough. As for how long it took, I'm not really sure. Probably about 10 minutes.
