OK so I have always been a Jock played football all through school and always wrestled with my buddies...I ebbed and flowed with working out over the years...and ranged all the way up to a 44 inch waist and 260lbs down to my current 181 lbs 32 inch waist and frankly in damn good shape...I just have to say I have found alot of motivation and information in these forums so I just wanted to say thanks! and wanted to share what has really put me over the top to my new world of health.

I eat more then I ever had before (crazy right) but its all good...and anytime I eat shitty food I feel shitty (which is awesome) I eat tons of fruits and vegetables raw or broiled or steamed even boiled sometimes but never fried in anyway...I eat a good deal of lean meats especially chicken breast like its going out of style...I have posted before on my protein smoothies so look that up to see how wonderful they are...I eat something every couple hours from carrots to a food bar of some sort one of my favorite ones to snack on is the Lara bar which is all natural and only 5 or less ingredients...my meals are rarely over 500 calories but I may eat 3 plus thousand calories a day easily...

I have embraced rest and seen the results trying to sleep 8 hours plus a night when ever possible...and trying not to hit the gym to hard every day...with periodic extended rests (like a week or ten days off every couple months) and one or 2 days a week off in general...

My work out schedule is as follows with some deviations here and there...

High intensity Interval Training 2 hours a day 3 days a week...45 to 90 minutes of cardio 5 or 6 days a week and yoga a minimum of 3 days a week and sometimes twice a day which is amazing when i can do it...

I write all this having learned so much and changed so much but realizing i still have so much to learn and change...so if there are any guys who have had great success who would like to share what they do and how they do it to help refine add and subtract to my or thier regime that would be awesome...

By the way the pictures on here are a lil old I desperately need some new ones these ones are going on 3 months or 4 months old and my body has seriously gotten so much tighter...

anyway look forward to making some great buddies on here and reading all of your comments!
