Playing Dancing stage for losing weight!

    as the topic say is it good idea to playing dancing stage? if so how many hourse should i dance? is 30minutes is enugh for on day or 1 hour? im doing this cuz i always go to the park and run alone im getting bored so wht do u say guys?icon_evil.gif

    Playing dancing? You lost me on that but I think you mean just dancing. and no...30 minutes is hardly enough time. The first 15 minutes should be stretching and then another 15 (if your bookin' it) should be warm up.

    What type of dance are you doing?

    XD Do you Dance Dance Revolution? If so, then yeah, 30 min on hard might work you out.

    Start slow man. once you know what your doing, then move up. You dont want to end up on youtube for bustin' yo ass.

    LOL, what i meant i reached level 5 so far and some times i can take level 6 but i think 5 from the begging is better for me icon_biggrin.gif

    I'd also recommend taking a hip hop dance class. You aren't alone, meet other people who dance, and you expand your circle of fitness oriented friends.

    My first year of college some of my friends put on the dreaded freshman fifteen. Next semester they all got into DDR and by the end of that semester they lost all that weight and more and had sculpted calves.

    I found the game to be lots of fun and could play for an hour without noticing the passage of time. So don't set a time limit, but a minimum.
