I'm trying to put on some weight, bulk up.. I can eat up to 10 times a day, and still not gain anything. My metabolism is really high to begin with, and I'm not quite sure how many calories I intake on a daily basis. Does anyone else have/had this problem? If so, what'd you do? Did you change your eating habits or any of your work out routines?

Take record of everything item you eat, when you eat that item, how much of that item you ate, and stick it in a spreadsheet. To make it easier on the rest of us, record the calories, carbs, fat, and protein so we don't have to do the research, then post it all up here.

Reason for this is so we can get actual numbers to work with, otherwise, any advice is speculation and will do you no good.

Flex89, a type 1 diabetic, lives with me and gained 80 pounds, in 5 months, while lowering his body fat by 2%. Read the links in the other post, and EAT.

If you consume more calories than you burn, you'll gain weight. It's that VERY simple.

I'd be interested to know what it is you are eating all day that means you don't gain weight. Do you eat cookies, burgers and ice cream all day?

Lol.. yes. I can literally eat junk food all day and it not even effect my weight. I've started marking what I've been eating today. I'll post it up as soon as I have my last bite tonight!

    I'm exactly the same way.
The only way I could gain weight was by putting on more muscle.
And, that involves working out hard, pushing yourself to lift, not just weights that you're comfortable with, but weights that are very hard to lift.

I'm just doing an online diet journal thing. It's easier to do that than post on here lol. Thanks for the info, though.

vince - fitday is a pretty good site, thanks for sharing it!
