I'm trying to put on some weight, bulk up.. I can eat up to 10 times a day, and still not gain anything. My metabolism is really high to begin with, and I'm not quite sure how many calories I intake on a daily basis. Does anyone else have/had this problem? If so, what'd you do? Did you change your eating habits or any of your work out routines?
