This may have already been posted for it is almost a year old, but I rediscovered it this morning and remembered all the great laughs the repeated watchings gave me.

This isn't a train wreck, this is category 5 hurricane. Watch the whole thing and notice how Amy forgets the lyrics to one of the most famous songs of all time.

Well, she became "famous" because she's a drug addict that makes for great BAD TV! However, I love her music as controlled in the studio. Of course, that only happened before she got on drugs.

The rather blatant gurgles of noise weren't bad? There is worse out there, but this is just so tasty because Charlotte Church is sitting there the whole time like "WTF WHY IS SHE ON MY SHOW?!?!"

If I was as awesome as a jazz singer as her and I was asked to sing "Beat It" on a television show, I'd probably get wasted and not care either.

Hit the nail on the head for me.

I love Amy, and though live, she often tends to be really messed up and messy, in general, i cant help but still like her.

i do think she is extremely talented, but i also think that someone who gets such enormous success so young, and with that, a lot of money, can go down the wrong route.

i hope she gets out of drugs, because it would be a shame to see a talent like this disappear.

and personally, i think that the media focus on the drugs, etc, only makes things worse. the spotlight could only make someone in that situation want to further escape into drugs in order to get away.

but i also must admit, some of the videos of her while messed up are priceless.

    i highly recommend:

    - her appearance on Never Mind the Buzzcocks - so hilarious

but for an amazing clip of her, see her live acoustic version of "Valerie".. so much better than the other version... AND she is clearly all cracked out in the clip.

No one doubts her talent. Drug-free, she is amazing live. How often that happens....

    Oh poor Amy.

    *shakes head*

I love her music too, but man, she need to drop the drugs. Sad to say she's number 5 on the top 100 people to die in 2009. *sigh*

Before the heavy use of drugs:

She is a completely different person in this clip... what happen to her??.
    It's actually quite sad.

She does have a great voice, when not on drugs. But drugs or not, there is just no excuse for looking like a tragic drag queen.
