Redoing everything!

So, I am in my final couple weeks of school. My workouts went to hell, my cardio, just everything fell apart because of my lack of sleep. Homework has killed me over this month and I just have a bit longer.

With that said I am restarting everything, training 7 days a week, i have my schedule figured out, I just need to write up the workouts.

Now for the important part, I need to drop body fat like no other. I understand how to do that, but does anyone have any websites that could help me track my nutrition? I need to have a very balanced diet, and I read a lot about it, and what kind of foods to eat, but it would help a lot more if someone had a recommended website.

    Thanks.

    http://www.sparkpeople.com

This site has an awesome nutrition tracker and a vast database. Best of all, it's free.

I used to use fitday.com, but I've switched to
    www.thedailyplate.com
    I like that better.
