Hello, I'm new to this forums, been reading for some weeks but this is my first post, In a month from now I have a musical in wich I am dancing, and I'll do a shirtless scene, I'm a slender guy, been loosing pounds for some years now.
So I wanted to know what kind of diet and exercise I need to do, so I can work on my abs, pecs, and my back, I'm 18 by the way.
