I like to use Tiger Balm, I find it to be really affective in muscle issues in the back and shoulder. I hold my stress in my neck mostly. I need to learn release points better, but everyone seems different to the pressure they like.

Sam, I recently discovered Tiger Balm myself. Years ago a boss turned me onto Chinese balm with another name, but it was impossible to find. I wondered if Tiger Balm was the same stuff and finally compared ingredients, and it was pretty close. I agree that it really helps soothe tensions and helps release lactic acid knots.

As a therapist, I like to use Tiger Balm all the time just to sweeten the room and create a therapeutic zone.

Tiger Balm is very popular in Volleyball tournaments along with Icy hot.

I learned about it when I was studying Karate many years ago.

I used to get terrible muscle aches in my lower back... bad enough to keep me from walking sometimes! Tiger Balm was the only thing that took the edge off. I swear by it.
