    Hey guys. I know when I first started working out it was definitely a lot of mind over matter and blind faith. And I know it can be discouraging if you don't get the results when you want them. But stick to it because it will pay off.

    I just wanted to share some of my results from the past year, hopefully to give some of you that extra push to know that if you keep at it, you'll get what you want.

    This is me back is July, a few days before I got my gym membership.

    By September, going five days a week and completely changing my diet, this was me...

    Good for you. Can't see your most recent pic though.

    It's a long slow process for many of us on the road to improvement. Some want to bulk up, others slim down, others to redistribute. Whatever it is, we all need support. Thanks for showing yours.

    I just started heading to the gym (and am actually serious about it) 2 weeks ago. I'm definitely feeling a lot of soreness and some fatigue but thank you for posting this. It's motivation for me to continue going to the gym!

    BTW, congrats on your progress, you're not far from your goal. Keep it up.

    This year, I made a New Year's Resolution to go to the gym.




    I went last week.

    you look amazing the way you are and I already hot listed you. But if you really want to continue building up then I would just say, spend more time now on your upper chest, shoulders and trapezoids.

    Haha chuckystud, yea, food definitely had the biggest impact. You can work out until your arms fall off, but what you eat has faster results.

    charlitos, thanks ;) and yea that is what I'm focusing on. That and I want bigger arms, haha
