Guys does having a PA hurt or not? It looks like it would really hurt to have done but a few guys have told me that it does not.
    Honestly. Does it?

owen, if done by a competent piercer, the pain is intense but over in a nano-second. it was an endorphin rush for me.

it does weep for a several days after the initial piercing.

IM me if i can answer any questions you might have.

It was the least painful,of all my piercings, and as mch stated; endorphins abounded. Quite the rush. I have to warn, however, being a highly vascular body site, a bit of blood was involved,; fair amount initially, then some weeping as healing processed. Healing time is fairly quick, compared to some of the other piercing types.. Standard guage for initial start up is 12 guage, then you can tinker from there for upgrading. The initial added weight on the dick is a friggin turn on; if sensitive toward erogeny, be prepared to be easily aroused for quite awhile. icon_twisted.gif

I'm with the other guys that have em.. the least painfull piercing I have and while it did bleed more than the others, it wasn't for too long

Additionally it's the piercing I have the most fun with icon_biggrin.gif

My most fun are my guiches. But the PA is probably the one that is the best conversation starter

Not having a PA, I'm unable to answer the question of pain. But I'd ask for what advantage do you seek a PA, regardless of the amount of pain?

The original PA was through the foreskin, which is less disruptive to urination and ejaculation. If you are getting your cut PA through the urethra, you are interfering with these important functions.

I dated a guy with a urethral PA, and I hated it. The damn thing clanged against my tooth fillings when I blew him, and limited my technique on him, plus his piss stream was all over the place, so that he often chose to sit to pee.

Some guys may like a PA on another man, and perhaps those are the ones you want to please. But others of us really dislike them on another guy.

I have no idea what it feels like and I don't want to know. It just reminded me of a friend whose boyfriend pierced himself down there (he does piercings, apparently not a bad tatoo artist either). I couldn't help but laugh when she said he pissed like a showerhead for a week.

If you do that you'll be lost in the virtual world of some random and seedy MMO desperately trying to enlarge your epeen because your real one got infected and had to be amputated.

    ah, booboo?

The PA does not hurt. There is that instant "motherf**k" second, but after that it's all down hill. I didn't bleed at all.

There are also few complications with the PA. It heals fast, and is a joy to have.

And as far as others judging you on it. It is none of their business. It makes me sick how other guys want justify them not having one, by making those of us that do, feel bad.

So I've been wanting to get a PA for about 2 years now and still haven't done it. I've only known 1 other person that has one. The thing that is stopping me is having to sit down to piss. I hadn't heard about this until he told me he sits every time, unless he's at a bar, where he doesn't mind getting piss on his leg (he's into ws). How common is this? One of the things I really treasure about being a guy is being able to stand up to piss, and not have anything dribble down my leg. For those that have a PA, how do you deal with this?

To use a urinal without spraying everywhere I have to turn the head upside down.. otherwise piss can shoot all down my leg.. just takes some getting used to

It was the least painful of my piercings... I however did not have any endoprphin rush, etc. The pain was there... not all intense, but it was over fast.

My nose ring was actually the most painful piercing.

To be honest, I have never really had a problem with spraying everywhere. I haven't stretched much really so that may be the cause. I am sure in time I will though.

Thk you very much, triathalon competing RJ stud!

To answer the question: yes I do think it will hurt, for a little while, aside from the psychological part just before and a bit after. I recommend making conversation with a friend, or whomever you can bring. And though I think it to be a bit unsanitary to be a top with; those do make for good tingle in the back of my throat. lol.
