Now that summer is rapidly approaching I've been getting the itch to work on the love handles. But the problem is I'm still "bulking up", trying to add some more mass to my body, specifically in my arms, and legs. Is it possible to do cardio and increase my ab workouts without sacrificing my muscle growth? A lot of articles I've read state that you should not do serious cardio training if your trying to bulk up and add muscle mass. I have increased my calorie intake to help. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
