Is it possible to lose the spare tire and bulk up at the same time?

Now that summer is rapidly approaching I've been getting the itch to work on the love handles. But the problem is I'm still "bulking up", trying to add some more mass to my body, specifically in my arms, and legs. Is it possible to do cardio and increase my ab workouts without sacrificing my muscle growth? A lot of articles I've read state that you should not do serious cardio training if your trying to bulk up and add muscle mass. I have increased my calorie intake to help. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

yes, it is, but you will find you wont bulk as much while trying to do both things and it will be more slower going..

you should probably just focus on doing one thing at a time, if you want to lose some weight, then stop bulking and start eating a little less but keep with the heavy weights just adjust to your new calorie count nad so on, after that, start bulking again..
