If you were craving these foods, it likely means you aren't eating enough, or, are eating to little fat and carbs. Your body has a way of telling you what it needs.
At 5'11" and only 145#, your body is screaming to you FEED ME! FEED ME!
Listen to it.
If you eat a balanced diet with small meals often, you'll be bigger, feel better, have more energy, higher sports performance, and not have cravings from to little food. It's exactly a prescription for avoidance of weight issues later.
To many fat asses fail to understand how your body works, and train their bodies for a result contrary to their goals.
