I just ate chocolate chip pancakes (with syrup) and french fries (with ketchup).

I just had crepes with carmelized onions, a fried egg, prosciutto, some browned butter sauce followed with coffee and hot chocolate. Hell yes I feel guilty! You should too!

your body craves things... sometimes its not good to deprive your body. If you stress about it, its just going to make it harder for you to burn off the fat.

    No man. Be happy.

Only if you engage in these bad behaviors repeatedly will you harm yourself to a great degree.

I suggest you view the movie "Supersize Me."

If you were craving these foods, it likely means you aren't eating enough, or, are eating to little fat and carbs. Your body has a way of telling you what it needs.

At 5'11" and only 145#, your body is screaming to you FEED ME! FEED ME!

    Listen to it.

If you eat a balanced diet with small meals often, you'll be bigger, feel better, have more energy, higher sports performance, and not have cravings from to little food. It's exactly a prescription for avoidance of weight issues later.

To many fat asses fail to understand how your body works, and train their bodies for a result contrary to their goals.

    Eat.

Earlier today I made an Angel Food cake and mixed in part of an Oreo pie crust into it. It tastes good too.
