i just assembled one of those Iron Gym workout bars.

so far, it seems to be pretty good.
i've only used it twice since i put it together yesterday.

do any of ya'll use one of these, and if so, how is it?

    thank you.

I love it, i use the thing religiously every day - good fun to be had :p

(though my buddy Also has one, and his started to eat away at his door frame? wtf? mine is just fine so you should take care to see what yours does.. i'd ask others - i've had mine for as long as my buddy did and we both use it about the same AND we're the exact same weight/body type... so who knows?)

Its great. You can do a lot of different workouts. If you ordered the ab straps there great too.

Although it doesnt say you can do it on the ad, I put my feet between the bar and door, hang upside down and do hanging crunches

I didn't know what you were talking about, so I Googled it. It looks very similar to my Door Gym bar that I bought several years ago. My only complaint, is that I wish it was longer so that I could use a wider grip. It does a great job on my lats.

    GNR7600,
