K Im planning a week long stint in Vegas and I wanted to bring my friends along. they've never been... and Beyonce is performing 4 nites at Wynn's Encore. I've only stay at Mandalay Bay. I love the Bay, but I was looking for some opinions as to wot resort is the most accessible.

Has anyone stayed at Encore? its at the very opposite end of the strip... and I don't know how many shows we are seeing and wot else will be playing that time of year (end of July)

I dont drink anymore and Im not a huge clubbin type of guy so I was wondering, for those that frequent Vegas. wot sorts of attractions should we look out for ... havent been to the rollercoaster or water park... are those kiddy?

I know dumb questions, but im bored and need something to do with my time.

I've never stayed at the Encore, but I say look up all the free shows and cheap luxury eats you can so you can fill any free undecided time you may have between whatever you've got planned. The Strip and Fremont St are AMAZING! Oh, bring your BEST attire to the clubs and try booking a private table in whichever bars you plan on going to; it's almost like V.I.P. Service all the way! And go an hour or two earlier than you would in your own hometown. Avoid the lines and have a blast!!

The only kiddy type rides are at Cirus Circus ( which i recommend avoiding, unless your hitting Slots of Fun for 50 cent black jack) The rides on top the Stratosphere are scary fun as is the coaster at Sahara.. NYNY's coaster is O.K.
I was just there in March and saw a hilarious Drag Queen Magician at Planet Hollywood ( the hotel/casino not the cheesy restaurant) also saw KA at MGM.. any Cirque show would rock.
I stayed last year at Bill's Gamblin' Hall.. great hotel very small ( like 200 rooms only) so ez in ez out and right in the middle of everything on the strip, I hate getting lost or having to walk a mile just to get out of a hotel.

    Have Fun!!
