Ok, today while I was having my dinner with my apartment mates, the radio was on and they were talking about US reactions to the Spanish prosecutors on Bush's officials.

Everybody knows what's been done in Guantanamo, so what's the big deal?

This is something done before with other countries' rulers, such as Milosevic or Pinochet, who attempted in crimes against human dignity.

Ok, what has been done in Guantánamo is not so massive, but aren't the US going to do something about it?

Do the Spanish prosecutors (NOT the Spanish Government, like I've read in some papers; we've got separation of powers, obviously) act correctly?
