I found a couple of websites that let you track your diet and fitness progress:
Fitday http://www.fitday.com/ and FitnessJournal http://www.fitnessjournal.com/

These sites are cool, but I want to know if there are any other online fitness and nutrition logs that you would recommend. I prefer free sites if possible.

I'm currently using Fitday, which is ok, but I might look into FitnessJournal at some point but it's not free. icon_neutral.gif
