Recently I got an email from a person that I do not know who suggested that vascularity=steroids....obviously looking at the picture of me in the Gators shirt.

His comment "Wow, too many steroids man! Well, the popping veins indicate a substantial use. I've never seen a body builder not on steroids with such poppers. Its your life man, enjoy it while it lasts".

Mind you I am 6'3", and close to 200lbs (not big..and def not steroid big!!) that has taken 14 years to accumulate.

Perhaps others would like to inform (casapacifico@shaw.ca) that the presence of veins does not mean that someone is on steroids....I told him it would be like saying that if you live in a snowy climate, you must be a skier.

Of course he did not reveal his profile, nor his name.

I find that guys who make those types of comments are not attracted to muscular men. They like the soft/smooth swimmers body type.

Also, guys that make those comments don't lift heavy weights, or they don't work out at all. So naturally, they don't understand how a guy can achieve a muscular (and vascular) body without chemical enhancements.
