I am an AM gym person. I workout from 6-7 then shower and dress for work. I work out hard and am usually sweating a lot. Even after I shower and dry off. I am usually wet and still perspiring as I put on my shirt and tie.

Anyone else have this problem or have any ideas for how to cool down faster?

lie on the floor for a few minutes. Your heart rate drops faster like that and also you suck up the cold from the floor. Shower with tepid water.

    ;)

Set aside 5-10 minutes to do some light exercise such as walking, biking, or biking. Effort should be very relaxed. At this point you're not working out, you're recovering from what you did so you can go about the rest of your day.

While this is a quick way to cool down, if your heart rate is high, try to slow it down a little less drastically.

haha... well this is after stretching. I live in such a hot climate with no AC that we have to develop tricks ;)
