It seems to be the new style for the younger gen. I see a lot of straight young men wearing them here. I really do not understand why it requires a label or value judgment...

People who are deeply insecure in their own masculinity tend to focus on what does or does not adhere to stereotypical gender roles.

I've seen plenty of "masculine" guys wearing tight jeans. It's a European style. Hot is hot, so who cares? I swear there are more posts on here about masculine versus feminine than anything. Get over yourself. If you don't like the jeans, don't get them.

There is a group of straight men I know that wear skinny jeans. They're called hipsters.

all depends on the look you want to create. it's a very emo, hipster kinda look. looks good on some people, bad on others. straight or gay is a non-issue with the kind of jeans you wear. duh.

Its just like any other fashion trend. Its cyclical. Im aging myself but... when I was in high school... tighter the better. My dad used to say they were "painted" on me. It did not leave much to the imagination for sure.. and if memory serves me right.... my sex life rocked! icon_twisted.gif

Some fem's wear them, to me not attractive, but they are not to me regardless of what they wear.

Ive seen a couple guys in my gym... hot!

    Got nice quads? YUM!
    Glutes? Grrr...

Its especially good for those of us that work hard in keeping fit... hot hot hot.

Got it? Flaunt it I say! icon_razz.gif

I see lots of straight guys wearing them, but they're definitely a younger crowd around campus here. The rocker/emo types of guys tend to wear them. Sometimes I wonder where they put their junk cause they're super snug sometimes. Other times it's nice to see a slight bulge, haha.

I will never be able to wear skinny jeans because of my tree-trunk thighs. My legs aren't really something I'm ashamed about anyways. I'll stick with boot cut.

There called skinny jeans for a reason.
No one wants to see a 'man' in skin tight jeans, not a good look.

Having worked for Diesel in bond street i can say that there is nothing wrong with wearing tighter jeans. Men with a great masculine physique carry the look well. A good pair of jeans enhance there shape and assets. icon_wink.gif

Move away from bootcut US men there old fashioned now.
Try THICAR or THANAZ. slimmer not skin tight.
What is more masculine than a good pair of really strong chunky looking legs?

I was a Jonas Brother slash rock star for Halloween and bought a pair.

I can't see how the guys that wear them on the daily handle it, they got balls (literally speaking here). I'd liken it to a corset for men down there, but that hasn't kept me from wearing them out for fun a couple of times.

and yes many straight men wear them.

Skinny jeans are not for gay guys. Really who said that? This is another insane thread. Skinny Jeans for anyone who is brave enough to pull the look off.
Aren't there quite a few "ROCKERS" who sport "SKINNY JEANS"!

LilTanker: Your assessment is spot on. First over-weight people and now men who can sport the skinny jean a look, to refer to them as being fem.

Bijock: you would like for us total gays to be open-minded with your being bi-sexual how about you practice what you preach! Your bias and close mindedness is just beyond pale. I don't get it.

I'm starting to notice the same trend on posts as well.

As for the jeans, go for it if you want it.
