Am I evil for finding this hysterically funny? It almost made me want to get an iPhone.

That is terrible. It numbs a person to the tragedy of the real thing. It makes shaking a baby seem like an acceptable way to treat a child. I hope it is forever banned. That is just sick.

LMAO! It really sounded great, and I love the idea, but it does seem a bit weak. You'd think the developer would at least make the baby move around a bit, bouncing off of walls or the head flailing back and forth or something. Still a really funny concept! icon_twisted.gif

Lovely. There's nothing like desensitizing the consumers that would be interested in an "application" like this.

Hey, developer, what a waste of talent and brain cells. Thanks for nothing!

Agreed. There are way too many stupid people in this world and at least one person is somehow going to think shaking babies is okay...especially considering how many babies actually have parents who are under 18 and not that smart.

That is beyond disgusting. Someone should grab the creator and shake them until their subdural veins rupture and see how they like having their brain fill with blood.

Having 2 kids and completely being able to understand coming to your wits end when it comes to crying and all that stuff, this is completely disgusting. What will the next video be? How hard and long you can smack around your child/teenager before he/she dies?

Sexy-OMG! There is nothing worse than a baby who is either teething or has servre and or chronic baby colic! You really are at your wits end! Makes you want to bite a or take a bullet. Never at any point would I ever shake a baby. Put yourself in their shoes. Idiots at Apple!

What's weird is that is passed all the gateways.

Hmmm... Apple must be a pretty fucked up place to work!

My mom used to have this doll baby that looked extremely life-like. The only difference is that it had this really collapsible plastic head, that left indentions for a short time until it re-inflated, taking its normal shape. When I was little, I used to squish the baby's head, and crack up at how funny the mushed-headed baby looked.

I also think this app is really funny (though the developer really didn't spend much time making it a decent app), and I've never harmed a baby.

    Strange.

I don't like Apple products in the first place though, so if this app is what it's going to take for more people to stop using Apple products, more power to em! Get your pitchforks boys, Apple must be stopped! lol icon_rolleyes.gif

    Was it an Apple product?
There are tons of developers that make apps for the iPhone. They do not work for Apple, nor do they particularly reflect Apple in any way.

Does Apple even have a submission check for apps? Probably not.
iPhone apps are definitely not as stringently reviewed pre-shipping as say a Playstation 3, Xbox 360 or Nintendo Wii game. They flat out just couldn't afford to do it; there are so many apps being sent in right now, and they sell for extremely cheaply.

Blaming Apple for this, or thinking it reflects on them in any way, is ignorant.

It's funny how people can be so opposed to this, yet it's perfectly fine to pick up the newest Grand Theft Auto (videogame) and steal a car, get a hooker, run her over/shoot her to death, and grab all of her money, and drive off (among other things). I'm not saying any of you are hypocrites, but I'm positive there are some critics of this game that have a hell of a time doing things equally as reprehensible in another game.

I'm all for offensive humor, after all I watch Family Guy, BUT with as many children getting abused and killed, I can't agree with this one. I just got my iPhone (LOVE IT!) and I wouldn't be able to add that to my phone. I think it has to do with the babies and dying part.

As far as GTA goes, you don't kill children in it.

So it's okay if you're killing adults? Even if they are just walking down the street minding their own business? Like in GTA?

As long as they come out minty fresh I'm cool with it.

Lame? Yes. Newsworthy? Hell no. Give me a break, if people want to emo moral outrage why not do it in a manner that actually has value? 'Rabble rabble' on the net is pretty low on the Worth-A-Shit-O-Meter.

I'm sure there's a homeless shelter near by; go do something meaningful.

If you don't think this app is horrible, what would you think when they have "Bully a fag till he hangs himself" app?
