need a trainer

    How can i find a trainer in michigan??? to help me on abs and other things

    If u r enrolled at a GYM, they should have trainers on site, if u r not, google on a website, and interview at least 5-10 of them, negotiate fees and training sessions.icon_wink.gif

    In general, your gym should have a list of trainers who a) work there or b) have trainer access to the gym. You'll want to check what each one's accreditation is, ask for a couple of customer references, and discuss how they tailor programs to specific individuals. If the trainer doesn't insist on you undergoing a physical test before designing a program for you, find someone else--that one is just going through the motions, and not actually adjusting things to deal with your specific strengths and weaknesses.

    there are some trainers were i work out but i dont like any of them they are how do i put it not nice.
