I agree, i could never just sit there and meditate. My mind tends to wander and i truly think that movement helps me to focus.
I did study Tai Chi for a while. It was more of a hard version, but i could make it softer by slowing down my breathing an movement. I did like having that flexibility. I always felt more relaxed after a class.
I've taken a few yoga classes at my gym, and i do like those. Again the movement and focused breathing are great. And it does make me feel more relaxed and looser.
