TRAINING HELP

    Ok so I am starting The LEAN AND STRONG workout program and I was wondering if I could replace the running days where I am not at the gym for days of pool swimming. I am training for a military program the requires alot of pool time. would i be able to do this or would it off set the program? HELP thanksicon_razz.gif

    I don't think this would be a problem at all.

    Swimming is great in so many ways. It will allow you to stretch and flex all you muscles on those non-lifting days- plus, as a cardio workout, I think that I work harder in the pool. This will be especially true if you really are lean as the less fat you have, the less you will be able to float.
