I started lifting again and threw 2 scoops of WHEY into the Blender, as it was whirling around I glanced at the JUG and noticed it expired 01/09. I am not going to throw it out, but was wondering does the WHEY lose its protein consistency over time. Will it make my stomach go in shambles...I Hope not. Any ideas OR better yet KNOWLEDGE about this?
