So we all know about what happened with Amazon but as I was forming a response to the Rainbow Flag thread I went over to photobucket and typed in 'gay flag' in the search engine. This is what I got.

Your search term probably relates to adult content. Photobucket DOES NOT host sexually explicit content.

When I type in gay I get the same thing. Now when I typed in homosexual there are 14+ pages. When I typed in Bear Flag I got 8 pages. If you put gay flag in quotations then it comes up with 13 pages of pictures.

    What's up with that?

I'd have to agree, sort of. Generally, things classified as gay have a higher proportion of adult content. It makes sense, and sadly Photobucket and other sites have to deny usage of that term to an extent to save time an money in flaggin adult content.

It's caused by all those right wing bible thumping republicans designing the search terms.
