I have never been happier. Seems like my life is getting better and better ever since I turned 40.

In some ways, my life is the best it's ever been. In other ways, it's the worst it's ever been.

I don't think I am happy with my life now. I may be more content than happy. I don't know if I can allow myself to be truly happy without the fear that the other shoe will drop and something bad is going to happen.

Life is great. I'm enjoying college; I have great friends; and I have found the love of my life at such a young age. All's well here! icon_biggrin.gif

Today, I made us breakfast (oatmeal, eggs over easy, toast). Later, I became one with the sofa and Clive Barker's new book (Mister B. Gone). I fell asleep and woke an hour or so later and was hungry. I ate Special K with Berries. I played with the dogs. I watched a bit of a really dumb horror movie and fell alseep again, both dogs laying on top of me. I woke and had a great poop. My other half was tooling around on his laptop, drilling me for explanations of why Vista sucks so bad and then he decided to go to the office. I tuned my guitar and noodled a bit and wired up my synthesizer again and tracked some new music. I decided to make turkey soup and did just that, dogs at my feet for the two hours or so it took to cook. Yeah, life was really good today. Tomorrow's Monday. That's another story.

    Let's see here...

I'm at a place in my life where I've discovered happiness within myself. I'm still breathing. I have wonderful friends, an even more wonderful sister, and my cat adores me. I'm beginning week three of my workout/nutrition program and all is well. I love my job. I'm starting back to school early next year to get my BA and change careers. I'm still writing music, still singing, and had an offer from a local band today to sing for them. I still have all my hair. I've been talking to a really wonderful, very hot guy lately who thinks I'm very sexy icon_biggrin.gif... so there's all kinds of potential with that relationship. My sister's dogs adore me. I have two more days of work this week and then three days off...

Yeah... life is awesome today! Nothing is ever perfect, but I really can't complain... icon_wink.gif

I am travelling all over the world, sometimes 2 time a month.
I am financially secure. I own 2 house one in the city, one in suburban.
I am having sex with different guys every other days (all safe sex).
I am not in a relationship so I am free to go to bed with whoever I want.
I have no debt and some money in the bank.
I have no dependence and other people to take care of.
I own a small cabin in the wood where I escape for some peaceful time with nature
I own a car , a motorbike and they are all paid for.

So why cant I be happy?. The answer I dont have someone to share all this things with me.
