Does this work chest???

    At 2:12, is that a chest exercise? I always thought it was for lats. Maybe chest a secondary muscle?

    I do that exercise. Yes, it works the chest if you do it right. Two main benefits..

    * This exercise hits all those little ancillary muscles that connect to the pecs. It gives your pecs a fuller look, and helps them look less droopy.

    * If you use heavy weights and pause for second at the stretch position, it helps expand your rib cage.

    Yes, consider it a chest exercise, particularly for the serratus anterior.

    The first one he did I did a couple of weeks ago at the gym but used very low weight and went about as slow or a little bit slower. I really felt it the next day though it didn't really feel like it was working at the time. Now I feel better about using the lower weight than the heavy weight I normally do. The reason I went with a lower weight was because my shoulder was bothering me.
