How do you maintain weight without pig-eating 24/7?

Seriously though, it's a high metabolism...and the more muscle mass you manage to add to your frame, the more the furnace gets stoked. I've lost a couple lbs just be skipping lunch.
    Never going on Survivor.
    That's for sure.

Have you experimented with Creatine supplements?
I'm not recommending it, since there appears to be a lot of contradictory information out there regarding the health effects.
But it helped me add weight.
Then I dropped back to normal after I gave it up. (D'oh!)

Edit: Make sure you're getting enuf protein...and some carbs for refueling if you're working out. Also if you can squeeze in a mini-meal as "brunch" and one between lunch and dinner that should help. (Does that fall into your category of eating like a pig? )

I don't manage, I do have to eat like a pig, and that's why I resort to supplements so much: I just don't have the hunger (and the time) to eat normal food most of the time.

Dude good luck - I've been trying forever.

After tons of research etc turns out i'd have to eat 4000-4500 calories a DAY each day and every day to gain about 1 or 2 lbs a week. Skip Lunch and i start from scratch.

And i wondered why every single cursed diet i'd tried didnt work :p Turns out none of my diets ever hit more than about 3500 calories a day - and that was pushing it! so no weight gain for me until my metabolism crashes and burns :p

(I've had _SEVEN_ seperate people - two of them professional trainers/nutritionists - try to make me gain weight, they all gave up after about a month or two)
