They oil themselves up so it's harder to get a good hold. Then they have to do things like you see in the pic to get any kind of grip on their opponent. I understand this has been going on for centuries.

They aren't supposed to grab balls or anything like that. Its very very rare that it happens actually. But the move is always common. You obviously will be rubbing dick and balls, but thats about all. Now I'm sure some of them felt a pipe or two..lol -
