P90X calendar help

    ok im looking at the calendar for phase 1 of the workouts. its says workout for weeks 123 and underneath it have from 1 to 7 the workouts. Then it has to the right week 4. now here is my question. From 1 to 7---are those the exercise for the days of the week? and for week 4 when do i do those work outs as it says do them as recovery week. Can anyone help?

    Yes. 1 is the first day of the week you're doing something, 2 is the second, etc. It's set up that way so that you can begin on any day of the week, depending on what fits your schedule. If, for instance, Tuesdays are really busy days for you, it might be best to start day 1 as Wednesday, because Day 7 is typically a rest day.

    Week 4 is a recovery week. You'll notice that that week you're essentially not doing exercises with weights.
