ok im looking at the calendar for phase 1 of the workouts. its says workout for weeks 123 and underneath it have from 1 to 7 the workouts. Then it has to the right week 4. now here is my question. From 1 to 7---are those the exercise for the days of the week? and for week 4 when do i do those work outs as it says do them as recovery week. Can anyone help?
