    This is because there is no workout feature to record your workout and I need to keep track of it.

    5/3/09
    Biked to University of Toledo Track.

    Ran 1600, 1100, 600, 400 and walked a bit.

    Biked home.

    1 3/4 hours.

    Biked to University of Toledo Track.

    Ran 1600 a few 400s which with some walking came out to a 5k.

    Bike Home

    1 3/4 hours.

    Very sore right now.

    There is a actually a great site called the Dailymile.com that will perfectly suit your desired pupose.

    It's great to look at others' personal daily journals and compare notes.
