so was just listening to heather small's song, and got me curious, what have you all done today that makes you feel proud of yourself? there is too much negativity in this world right now, we must start to brighten up our days by recognizing the little stuff that we do.

I made myself go for a 5k run even though I hate running long distances.

And, yes, I am enough of a wimp that 5k is a long distance for me to run.

I called three different friends and told them my Port-a-Pottie-Penis story from yesterday's half marathon, bringing some much needed laughter into their days.

I played about 4 hours of racquetball without any major injuries to myself.

The five guys I played... well, that's a different story. All that was left of them was a tooth and a bloody eyeball.

    I'm pretty sure I won.

    1) Gave out roughly $80 000 in scholarship money
    2) Protested unfair treatment by the government
    3) Got in a good workout
    4) Planned my 25th Birthday and sent out invites

A better than average day but sadly it's counterbalanced by negatives today...
