I've seen good studies, but heard bad anecdotes on most of the products. I myself use Hydroxycut, but that's really only in the morning because i hate coffee. And i only take one.

I will switch to Hydroxycut Hardcore when i'm getting ready for a big performance and there is a difference.

I'll certainly be following this thread to see what others say.

I have the hydroxycut hardcore, I just don't like it. I use it when I am tired as F... and I need to keep working. I rather drink coffee. I don't take any form of caffiene after the noon hour.

Ive tried hydroxycut hardcare 2-3 times, it worked ok for me but never got the results I did from other products. I have noticed that most muscletec supps always want you to take an obscene amount (usually pill form) during the day which can be expensive if you take as they direct. I know I tried the celltech a couple times and it would send me right to the bathroom. I think products affect everyone differently and you have to find what works but mucletech especially I think is alot of hype. I have a friend at work and he can take 1/2 of a dosage of anything and feel great from it and I have to take the maximum recommended amount to feel it....and hes twice my size...so go figure. Right now my favorites are noxplode, ON Gold whey protein mrp, and I have just started trying MHP's new fat burner DREN. It is really good!! Very happy with it...feel a boost of energy, really helps me control my appetite and you only have to take 1 pill which lasts 12 hours!!!! GReat so far!!

I did try Celltech once as directed and HATED it. I had to cut the amount.

I prefered Anabolic Switch i think it's called and that seemed to work MUCH better for me. Less bathroom issues.

Thanks Brian. Your very correct, every pill, poweder and what not effects everyone differently. I wish I could find someone who takes the supplements I've indicated above to see how or if they have affected thier lift and body. No matter what its about eating and lifting, but help is always welcome right?

    Honestly, overpriced crap.

I had a link somewhere showing that they were recently getting sued for not having what they said they had in their "proprietary blend".

Just stick with traditional supplements, besides you'll save 50%!

Good old Creatine Monohydrate, and if you wanna splurge get an estered one

I totally agree. Muscletech products are over priced and there are plenty of other good products out there that offer just as good results. I personally have switched to ON Whey and find it works for me both on price and nutrition. muscletech do alot of marketing which explains their high priced products. I ceased using them after it dented my wallet and found other products were giving me just as good results.

This is of course a total eperiment of trial and error. But having said that I generally have only bought Muscletech products if and when they have been on sale. I do however favour Hydroxycut as it helped me reach my goal when using this product and lost a total of 11kgs (24.5 lb) in 5 weeks. I had specifically bulked up to a certain weight and then cut down to my desired weight. I was on a dedicated gym routine and needed the results for my additional sports to help my endurance. I can honestly say it helped me reach my goal but there were other factors involved as well ie: well balanced diet, correct training programme, etc...

In general I don't experiment with too many products. Jeesh...but there are just far too many on the market and one could become a massive science experiment as well as the cost just adds up. I basically just stick to good old ON Whey protein which has all the essential BCAA one needs and a well balanaced diet. But it does ofcourse depend on what kind of physique you are tying to achieve at the end of the day.

I could go on and on but I won't.....

I changed my diet for 4 months, just fiber, vegies, veetable protein, lots of soy products and lots of fruits, also nuts and i just used to sweeten my meal honey.

While this period of time i took Hydroxicute and it really worked very nice on me, i bought 3 containers of 120 caplets and i took the amounts that they explain to take 6 capsuls at day.

I didn´t have any side effects while i was taking the product and didn´t have after i end my fat loss period.

I stoped going to the gym, make lot of cardio at home and localize excersice for the fat i wanted to eliminate.

    Monday: Jump rope (45 min) 300 Abs(RealJock routine1)
    Tuesday: Orbitrek ( 45 min) 300 Push-ups
    Wednesday: Swimming ( 60 min)
Thursday: Running (45 min) 300 Abs (RJ routine2)
Friday: Dancing like an animal at the disco till home time
Saturday: Swimming (60 min) Abs (RJ routine3)

Then i past from 163 lbs to 142 lbs, and have very nice abs.....

Now i always buy Nitrotech and i find it great, it tastes good whit skim milk. And have great effects on me, don´t know in oder, but i can say i love it.
