    What is either a song or some songs that help get you through those tougher moments?

    For me, a few are:

    1. Coldplay: Don't Panic, Yellow, Trouble, Talk, X&Y, Speed of Sound, Parachutes, See You Soon, Strawberry Swing, In My Place, Amsterdam, Clocks, the Scientist (here especially coping with death), Death and All His Friends, and Lovers in Japan.

    2. Kings of Leon: the entire Aha Shake Heartbreak album, Fans, the Runner, Arizona, Be Somebody, Use Somebody,and California Waiting

    3. John Mayer: all ...

    4. Mew: all ...

    5. Brandy: all ...

    6. Hikaru Utada: Kiss&Cry, Beautiful World, Niji-iro Basu, Flavor of Life, Traveling [live], Heart Station, Celebrate, One Night Magic, Passion/Sanctuary, This is Love, Keep Trying,and Letters

    I actually hate Taylor Swift, but the words to the song "Breathe" make a lot of sense... perfectly says how I felt after I ended things with my ex icon_sad.gif

    when i get nauseous either in the car or when im too drunk this song makes me anti nauseous its wierd. its audio ginger for my tummy

    it all started on a boat when i started to get sea sick and this song made me relax

    Music is definitely my therapy for everything...
    Here's a list of some songs and bands that always make me feel better whenever Im down or just need a little pick me up:

    Snow Patrol, John Mayer, Citizen Cope, Remedy Drive, Jack Johnson, 30 Seconds to Mars, Unkle, People in Planes, Laura Marling, and Bobby Long. (Pretty much all of their music...)

    Paramore - Let the Flames Begin, Miracle, For a Pessimist I'm Pretty Optimistic, Born for This, Misguided Ghosts, Emergency, Brick by Boring Brick, Ignorance, Decode and Playing God

    Barcelona - The Takers and Stars
